Learner Activity
Please write down this phrase: “ACT AS IF”
Think about what you would do, if you knew that anything is possible- act as if it is. And then go and do it anyway! You do not need to feel good in the moment, just suspend your disbelief and imagine that the something that you want is completely possible. At this stage, don’t think about how it could happen, or what you would need to do.

Learner Activity
Please write this phrase down on your matrix- ‘Set your own deadlines’
Using false motivation frees you up from waiting to feel better, or waiting for other people or situations to change. Instead, set your own deadlines and move forward with your progress, and do not depend on anyone else.
